Announcement of the start of sales of Poached Chicken!

We have started selling "Poele", a sweet sparkling pear wine!

This is probably the first time in the prefecture that pan-fried pears made from our own farm have been sold.

At the same time as planting wine grapes, they began cultivating pears, including La France.
It took five years before we were finally able to start selling it.

This year's brewing volume is 628 bottles.

It has become a valuable cider-like drink.

And what makes me happiest of all is that the Cider Half Series trilogy is finally complete.

Ms. Keiko Kishimoto, a lecturer at Kyoto Seika University, has drawn adorable characters based on our mascot dog and the fox boy from Ankokuji Temple.

In this Poiret, I was able to feature Kamoshika from Kamoshika Cider Brewery, who has been helping me out ever since I started my wine business. Three types of cider poiret come together as one story.

These three works will be packed in one box and delivered as a set.
