At ORCHARD HOUSE Kidowaki Orchard, we want to deliver more customers the wines, ciders, and fruits from our orchard, all nurtured by the rich climate and history of Hida.

We offer wholesale transactions for restaurants, cafes, and other food service establishments, hotels and ryokans, and for sale in retail stores.

We have a dedicated B2B portal for smooth ordering, so please use it to create an attractive menu for your establishment and to entertain your guests.

Product Lineup

Wine

A Japanese wine made from 100% estate-grown grapes, expressing the cool climate and terroir of Hida. We offer red and white wines crafted from rare European grape varieties. We propose these wines as a perfect addition to your restaurant's special dinner courses or curated wine list.

Cidre

An authentic cider made only from apples carefully grown in our own orchard, designed to complement your meals. Enjoy the clear taste that evokes the Hida region, available in dry and sweet varieties to match your culinary preferences.

Cidre Half & Poiret

Our disposable half-size bottles (3 types) are ideal for pairing with course meals and for tasting sets. We also offer "Poiret," a luxurious sparkling wine made from rare pears grown on our own farm, perfect for toasting on various occasions.

100% Apple Juice

This additive-free 100% straight juice is made exclusively from apples ripened on the tree. It is highly praised not only as a premium non-alcoholic drink for dinner, but also as a special breakfast menu item at accommodations.

Homemade Jam

We've bottled the delicious taste of seasonal fruits harvested from our farm. In addition to being served with desserts and morning meals at our cafe, these bottled fruits are also very popular as merchandise (souvenir items) sold at the register and at the storefront.

Steps to start doing business with us

STEP 1: Apply for partner registration

Please submit your store information using the form below. (Retailers with a liquor license should attach a copy. Restaurants and accommodation facilities do not need to do so.)

STEP 2: Confirmation and Review (2-3 business days)

We will verify the information you provided.

STEP 3: Information on your dedicated account

After approval, an invitation (login URL) to the "Corporate Portal" will be sent to your registered email address.

STEP 4: Start Trading

After logging in, you can place orders online immediately at wholesale prices.

FAQs

Q1. Is it possible to do business with retailers other than restaurants (e.g., liquor stores) or with wholesalers?

A. Liquor stores and lifestyle shops aiming for in-store retail sales are eligible to do business with us (please attach a copy of your liquor sales license when applying).
However, to maintain the brand's world view and quality control, we strictly decline business partnerships for secondary wholesale (distribution via wholesalers) or sales through e-commerce (online shops). We appreciate your understanding.

Q2. What payment methods are available?

A. In addition to credit card payments, "invoice payment (bank transfer)" is available for corporate and sole proprietor customers. After the screening is completed, you will be able to log in to the dedicated portal and select your preferred payment method.

Q3. Is there a minimum order quantity or conditions for free shipping?

A. We accept orders for small quantities, making it easy to introduce our products even in limited spaces. Additionally, we offer free shipping for bulk orders above a certain amount. Detailed wholesale prices and lot regulations can be found on the dedicated portal after your application has been approved.

Q4. How long does it take from order to delivery?

A. Each order received is carefully prepared and, as a general rule, shipped within 7 days. We ask that you place your orders thoughtfully, taking into account weekend operations and seasonal menu changes.

Q5. I am an individual. Can I register using this form?

A. We apologize, but this partner registration is exclusively for "corporations and sole proprietors operating physical stores." General customers should purchase from our regular online store (MARKET).
