Features: A representative variety that accounts for half of the apples in Japan. It is a red apple that is very sweet and hard. Our San Fuji apples are particularly firm and small, but have the best taste.

Harvest season: Mid-November to early December

*For superior quality and above apples, the weight of the apples themselves (5kg, 10kg or more) will be compensated.
*Since the leaves are not removed during cultivation, there may be some uneven coloring.

This has become less common in recent years, but in years plagued by hail damage, we may have to ship apples that look bad, even if they are high quality.
