Cidre Hida (Brut, dry) 750ml

Cidre Hida ( Cider Hida is made from 100% Hida apples grown at Kidowaki Orchard in Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture. Cider is a sparkling wine made from apples. Using a technique called secondary fermentation in the bottle, the carbon dioxide produced by the yeast is trapped inside the bottle.

Since there are no wineries in Hida, we go to nearby breweries. We bring in carefully selected Hida apples and have them brewed under contract at a brewery that specializes in cider, which is still rare even in Japan, and they make the most of the characteristics of Hida apples.

After brewing, the sake is stored in our storehouse, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind.

The label was designed by the Reiwa calligrapher "Mozumi Seison," originally from Hida. The calligraphy expresses the lightness of the carbonation and the sourness of the apples, giving the impression of a refreshing horse galloping through the air.

The dry version is recommended for those who can handle their alcohol and those who are drinking cider for the first time.
