Himeringo (Alps Maiden)

Characteristics: Small apples. They are often eaten boiled or made into candy apples. They are also used in wreaths and Christmas decorations.

Season: Early October to mid-October
Weight: 3kg box (approximately 90~120 pieces), 5kg (about 150~200 pieces)

* For mixed excellent apples (superior quality or above) , the weight of the apples themselves (3kg or more, 5kg or more) will be compensated.
*Since the leaves are not removed during cultivation, there may be some uneven coloring.

In the climate of Hida, they ripen slowly and are rich in sweetness. They are grown without bags or leaves, so they can soak up plenty of sunlight, and the electronic cultivation method suppresses the fruit from growing, enhancing the concentrated flavor. We are confident in the taste of our apples, so please enjoy them.
