飛騨高山の実在する地名（小字）を冠するフラッグシップ（当園を代表する）ワインです。かつて、ブリ街道や御神木があったこの地で、飛騨高山における欧州系ぶどう（ワイン専用種・Vitis Vinifera）の可能性を追求しています。
